32-A-Challan-Form-

1. All applications must be submitted on the recommended  Application Form by the Punjab Forensic Science Agency which might be downloaded from the above-mentioned links or PFSA site for example along with the challan form for fee submission.   
2.  All the applicants need to deposit a charge fee up to Rs. 2000/ - for the posts of Forensic Scientist (Sr# 01 to 13) and Rs. 500/ - for all the other posts (Sr# 14 to 22).   
3. The applicant should attach with his application form, a paid challan form, refreshed CV, two latest photos, and validated copies of degrees/certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile, NOC (in the event of Govt. representative).    
4. The date of the test/interview will be intimated to the qualified/shortlisted applicants.
