Directorate of Immigration and passport, Islamabad has announced various job opportunities for eligible candidates. Currently, this institution is working under the interior ministry of Pakistan. APPLYING PROCEDURE JOBS IN DIRECTORATE OF IMMIGRATION AND PASSPORT

1. All candidates will apply for the recruitment in BPS 09 to 15 online on the website of the department. The link to the website is careers.dgip.gov.pk.
2. There is no need to submit a hardcopy of your application by post/courier because it will be not considered only online applications will be accepted.
3. For application submission, a video is available on the websites of the department. You can visit and watch it before applying.
4. All fields on the online application form must be filled in.
5. As we mentioned above there is no need to submit a hardcopy of the application. 
6. Every applicant is directed to provide his mobile number as well as email so that he may be reached for future correspondence.
7. After the application submission, there is no option to edit the application so it is requested to check your application before submission.
8. Every candidate should write their date of birth according to the Matriculation certificate. As it cannot be changed at any time in the future.

Screening Test Only for BPS 9 to BPS 15

According to the defined instructions of the Establishment Division Pakistan
i. For the posts BPS-9 to BPS-15 objective type test shall be taken that will be on the following subjects. 

a. Islamic Studies b. Pak study
c. English/ English Grammer
d. GK
e. Job-Related questions

Skill Test After Written Test

(1) All-Pass out candidates in the written test will be gone through the skill test. While the Skill test will be based on the following parameters
(2) For Stenotypist=:  There will be a Typing / Shorthand Test
(3) Call Centre Agent (BPS-11): Typing Test will be conducted after the written test
(4) LDC (BPS-09):  Only the Typing Test will be conducted

For Interview Call Letters

(1) It is informed to all candidates that only Shortlisted applicants for the posts BPS-09 to BPS-15 will eligible for interview in the future.
